Before & After Home Remodeling in Burlington

This is what its all about.

Here’s a project Eastview Homes recently completely, the air-brushed pictures provided by realtor ca.

construction site in Burlington
The Realtor describes the property as,

Very beautiful home with tons of charm. Gorgeous curb appeal, beautiful landscaping and stunning interior. Main level offers vaulted ceilings, loads of custom millwork, high quality materials and fixtures all seamlessly coordinated. Kitchen is open to both living and dining areas, ideal for entertaining. Walkout from dining room to pretty yard with patio and many beautiful landscape details. Master bedroom retreat has vaulted ceiling, luxurious ensuite, lots of storage with built-ins, separate laundry room.  Secondary bedrooms offer beautiful bathrooms and good storage. Constructed with Cape Cod-style wood shingle siding, unique shake-look roof and double hung windows. 7.5″ vintage European engineered hardwood flooring throughout.  Yard elegantly landscaped and designed to feel like a summer garden. Attention to detail is evident everywhere. A wonderful lifestyle opportunity awaits.

This is a split side home, made in the 1960s, that looked like many others on the block as it was a repeating pattern with six or seven other home designs grouped together to fashion a suburban neighborhood in 1963.  Prior to this time ‘the block’ was a farmer’s field that yielded bumper crops of corn and rutabaga in the 1950s.  You can see this entire 1960’s era home remodeling project in many stages of completion throughout the Eastview Homes blog. The June 2017 photograph displayed below is the (sister of the) featured image of a blog story detailing the fine points of how Demolition Happens Before Home Improvement Begins.  All the photos and stories seen there, happened here at this Burlington property.

Then the crew ripped off the roof and really started changing things.
Inside the house, with the walls painted white and the house staged with rustic brown shag and wood and leather furniture, the interior looks superb; the realtor photos are exquisite
These pictures show a perfectly staged house. Think about the time it must have taken to finish these shots. what I mean is look how all the reflections of the lights, which must have been present in the room to get it this bright and ‘sunny’, have been Photoshop-ed out of these finished images.
Look up to the right – the passageway above was once open (and I’ll bet the flash reflection you see on the wall here was added in Aftereffects too). Regardless of the effects, in the picture below you can see Keith standing and pointing at the changes he’s making in the summer of 2017, one year before the photo above was taken. He is standing in the upstairs hallway / overhanging interior balcony area, which served no purpose, that has now disappeared.  Another thing worth noticing is how dark the photo below is to behold.  Somewhere between 1960 and 2017 a home renovator had  tried to brighten the place, and he had removed interior walls accordingly, but these renovations didn’t remove the gloom.
Keith put window hutches in the roof.
Now this area looks completely different.
The upstairs bedrooms were also materially transformed.
The basement rec room
 The kitchen and living room

The master bedroom
Exterior angles are also breathtaking now too.
