A property survey is a dimension plan of a building lot or property which includes the property lines, their exact locations and dimensions, and which also marks out fixed structures like buildings, fences, and retaining walls. Additionally, geo surveys pinpoint buried water mains, sewers, and telephone switch lines.
A feasibility study is an expert analysis done to consider a projects' relevance and viability including it's economic, technical, legal and environmental impact and to ascertain the likelihood of completing the project.

Committee of Adjustment Applications
For proposals involving Minor Variance or Consents approvals, property owners must submit applications to their area Committee of Adjustment Application. Eastview Homes can submit applications and represent clients.
Site Plan Applications
Properties subject to Site Plan Control approval may only be developed according to plans approved by the Chief Planner or his / her designates. Site plan control is a planning tool that a municipality uses to evaluate certain elements such as walkways, parking areas, landscaping or exterior design on a parcel of land where development is proposed.
Zoning reviews take stock of area zoning by-laws. Alternatively and upon request, review can be conducted based on a zoning by-law passed by Council, but still within the appeal period, or under review by the Ontario Municipal Board.
